Wampler’s Solar Installation

In 2011, Chroma Energy Group installed a 500 kW ground-mounted solar array for Wampler’s Farm Sausage in Lenoir City, Tennessee. We used over 2,200 224-watt PV modules from Sharp Electronics Inc., supported by Terrafix Solarpark racking. The system generates roughly 744,000 kWh annually, which covers about two months of the farm’s power each year.
